Spooky season may be at an end, but we’ve got one last frightful treat to talk about before we officially pack away the Ouija board.
Thotter Stu is off to test his final gurl skills at the multi-award winning Psycho Patch.
Created by the imaginative Christiano Crawford, the annual scare-fest is back for another sequel to fuel our deepest fears and encourage our darkest nightmares.
Located just a short journey from Newcastle on Lintz Hall farm, the area is transformed into an iconic annual enclosure of horror.

Get scared or die trying
Whether you’re scared of the dark, creeped out by clowns, terrified by dolls, uncomfortable in small spaces, worried about getting kidnapped or have many other fears, there’s a little bit of something for everyone at Psycho Path.
The maze element of of the event is most likely the biggest fatal attraction to draw you into attending and it most certainly won’t leave you gasping for anything less than your breath. You’ll have to read disclaimers prior to subjecting yourself to all kinds of mental and physical torture, which should in itself give you an indication of what you’re in for.
Passion, energy, creativity, dedication and skills have been combined to deliver an immersive collection of experiences to mess with your senses and keep you on your toes.
It has to be said that Doll House and IScream were stand out favourites, the themes were very well done and at multiple points we weren’t sure we could even escape.
Additional shout-out to the artistry that went into building the pirate ship too, truly the perfect home for a bunch of horny swashbucklers.

What a freak show!
Don’t think for just a second that you’re only here to fight your fears, you’re also in for a damned (literally) enjoyable show on the main stage.
Drag hostess, fire breathing, dancing demons, audience interaction, menacing music, spooky lighting and a whole lot more, how can you resist temptation?

Uncharacteristic behaviour
Are they gonna scare you, chase you, scream at you and maybe even squirt on you? (Ooo-er)
Yes, yes there are.
But what makes the experience ever better is that those same horrors chasing you are there to be embraced too, they’re not afraid of a camera. Now you’ve got to behave (and not just cos Mistress says so) when you’re in the mazes, no sneaky pics, but when you’re free-roaming then get your gram content, make friends with your demons and have fun.
Also, where else are you going to get to enjoy the sight of D*nald Tr*mp being abused by a dommy mommy in a bar?

The first rule of bite club….
Well we probably shouldn’t talk about it, but rules are made to be broken and with good reason. With the VIP wristband came access to a themed bar, which on any other night would have been where we set up residence until closing time. It’s got everything you need from a well-stocked bar and great tunes to a photobooth and indoor heaters to defrost the chills down your spine.
With a vampire theme that includes a very literal bloodbath and neon lighting to set the tone, it’s a perfect spot to throw back a few boozy beverages before your next maze.
If you run into Beetlejuice while you’re there, be warned, he’s a very randy individual. If you scream his name 3 times, he will cum come and he’s not afraid of a little cream pie action!

Hungry like the wolf?
It’s not just all about the boooos and booze, there’s a very impressive pick and mix of food vendors both indoors and out, so those cravings can be satisfied and you can’t use hunger as an excuse for your week knees.
We had a classic Irish spice bag (very crispy chicken) before the scares and a hot crumble at the end to celebrate surviving – the white chocolate skulls were the perfect little detail to top off a delicious treat.

Unfairground
Fancy some casual fun?
Severed heads out of the gutter. We’re talking photo ops, light shows, finding out your fate and some good old fashioned rides to keep you busy between scares.
Scream if you wanna go faster!
