F.U.G.L.Y

After a super chaotic ball (seriously, 30-60 minutes per look?!?!) we’ve calmed down and picked out our fave from each of the categories.

Oh and we’re totally including a bonus from an eliminated icon

Fugly Swimsuit

It has to be Kitty for us, this was the modern Pamela Anderson vibe we wanted from a swimsuit runway. This was simplistic in the best possible way – no gimmicks or reveals, just a beautiful mixed print moment with a big wig and wonderfully dangerous curves.

Charity Shop Chic

Safe to say Ella absolutely nailed this one, this combination of colours was such a vibrant eyeful and that wig is honestly one of the best this season. We’re seeing a musical remake of pretty woman in our heads and we’re into it.

Fugly but Fashionable

This final category was tough cos we truly did enjoy how camp Kitty was in her adorable sweater. What swayed us though is the fashion edge of Ella’s look. There’s just something about the way the different elements combine that truly screams fashion week but with a clear nod toward fugly.

Special mention

We were absolutely ROBBED of this truly wonderful fungi fashion runway to be honest. Somehow Choriza has managed to make mushroom chic look glam and there’s no way this wouldn’t have been in the top – just look at it!
