Girl group week finally arrived and we absolutely lived our best lives – we even went to a viewing party with Choriza May herself, the atmosphere was truly incredible.
Since we’re down to 8 queens already, we’ll only be doing a top two from here out with the exception of any special mentions from time to time
2 – Ella Vaday
So we were too busy enjoying the episode to even think about the fact that it made total sense for Ella to be sporty spice and the second she turned the corner we gagged. The outfit is immediately recognizable so we know she understood the assignment but the way this has been turned into a butch yet femme, glamorous drag moment brought us so much joy. It’s not often we could say how much we love a heeled sports shoe but damn it, here we are. Probably the best part of this outfit though was how much fun Ella had playing into the character – we stan.

This Puta. Taking one of THE most iconic looks of the 90s and turning it into a stunning symbol of her love for the UK whilst being a beautiful immigrant is an easy win in our eyes. Choriza took what is a very simple outfit and created a hella camp moment that triggered our nostalgia hard and had us screaming out loud (just metres away from her). Aside from the outfit itself, this make-up and hair really showed off how gorgeous our favourite silly sausage is and we’re so proud of her. Condragulations, you’re a winner baby!

Yes that’s right, we’re cheating a little and giving a shout-out to the full winning girl group, deal with it. These gals nailed the matching outfits (right down to the evenly split pink/purple and red wigs) to bring us what we honestly believe is the most cohesive group look in drag race herstory. This felt like Vanity’s true, fierce calling and we must say that River look the most stunning ever, we were so pleasantly gagged. Talk about #B.D.E
